Gold’s Gym Miss Fit n Fab contest was held on 7th and 8th March 2010. It was a celebration of feminine style, beauty and grace - an event that allowed women Gold’s Gym members to compete in their fitness and various forms of fitness activities in dance, aerobics, gymnastics routines and other displays of athletic talent.
Judging the 16 final contestants were Bollywood actor Mr. Jimmy Shergil, Ms. Urvashi Sharma, Ms. Pooja Chopra, Mr. Sheru Aangrish-Director of Dorian Yates supplements, Mr. Istayak Ansari-COO, Mr. G Ramachandran-Director and Mr. Jagdish K Valecha-Chairman.
The women went through 4 rounds. Round 1 s at Gold’s Gym Bandra where they were judged on their fitness. Round 2 they were judged on their talent. Round 3 they were judged on their Bodies and Round 4 on their personality & IQ.
The women seemed super confident on the ramp as they got tips by super model Tapur Chaterjee. Bollywood actors Ayaz Khan and Ashmit Patel motivated them during their fitness round. Contestants were treated to dinner at O Mirchi and beverage partner Gatorade.
Winners won yearly supply of supplements from Dorian Yates Supplements. Heart Rate monitors from Advansys, Sia Jewelry, Apparel from Nike, Honda Dio Bike, E-Zone - Blackberry & Microwaves.
The contestants stayed at Sun n Sand hotel. The event was choreographed and hosted by GM Operations Althea Shah.
Entertainment was provided by Ruchita’s fusion group, ROC Fresh Crew and Salsa by Dheeraj and Manju from Pravar and group.
